day before os! ; 3:37 AM
So, tomorrow is the day. Can't believe I've been at it for over 6 months. Truly, this is the most I've ever studied in my entire life.
Anyway, its rather surprising to discover the many congruences in life. History does repeat itself. Tomorrow will make exactly 1 year after being fucked in the ass by a lorry. And why am I aching all over now? Shit, this isn't a good time. And isn't it comforting to know when you are not alone? Psychology is hella interesting. Why do I blog when I know nobody's going to read it? Is it that it serves as an "online diary" or something to keep private? Or maybe I'm waiting for the slim chance that someone might just read my post. Either way, it is irrefutable that we are all inherently selfish.
This is headache-inducing! I have a million and one qualms about a few certain subjects I'm forced to take. Discourage the word 'propagate' and reward the word 'educate'? Is society really that perfect?
I've been going to the library like everyday now. Shit, with this high-stakes exam, I'm gonna turn into a lifeless nerd or something. Argh. Take this as my practice for essay writing. I'm definitely going to have to find some meaning in life. Right after these papers....
Hejdå. :)

Just another post. ; 6:16 AM
Hello everyone (no one),
Here I am posting another few paragraphs. Why? Because I'm bored, that's why. Like anyone else is gonna read it.
Today has been.. fucking annoying. Looks like everyone is out to annoy me. Hell, this morning, I waited for my bus. And it was fucking full. Well, never-mind-I'll-just-wait-for-the-next-one? FUCK NO. Some moron had to squeeze his fat ass in front of me as I was boarding the next bus. Fuck you, moronic kid. And the worst thing is that the asshole had to swing his ninja-turtle bag into my earphone wires. It hooked. I had to grab that fucker and yank my earphones from him. It's morning. I hate mornings. School canteen food doesn't help. They either need some fucking cooking classes, or they need to stop selling whatever nonsense they're selling to us kiddies. To hell with you guys, I'm packing my food tomorrow.
Never mind that. Prelims are half-screwed. The shit English essay i wrote actually awarded me a distinction!? That's..unexpected. And the fuckloads of economics I wrote gave me a damned headache. And a C grade for paper 2.
In total I scored mostly B's. Aggregate isn't as bad as I thought, but could be better. Much better. Especially for A-Maths and humanities.
The reason why I'm blogging now is probably cause of some spontaneous wish to bitch and complain, and so this post is probably the last one you'll see for the next few weeks. Or months.
Hejdå. :)

Ann-nuh-all Camp. ; 12:55 AM
Happy new year.
It's 2009.
One year has flew by so fast. It still feels like yesterday that we were all laughing at each other wearing long pants and sweating like crap.
I feel like thinking back about all the stuff that has passed in 2008. Here goes.
January. First few days of school. Long pants! :) We had our first postings for NCC, too. CCA Open house. I remember making the slides for the event, and all the trouble attempting to borrow a projector and screen for it.
February. The month we heard about MSTD. I still find it amusing, how mr ng tried to get the whole platoon on board the ship. In the end, only 4 places. Sighs.
March. JJ Fair and MSTD! Go back to school to hammer some wood to make some retarded tree. And draw like crap to make the 3 Grace signboard. Heh. Then couldn't go for the fair itself, cause I was flying off to Thailand.
MSTD was one hellava experiential trip for me. I got to meet and be close with cadets from other schools for the first time. Also learnt alot about the Navy and stuff. Man, I miss MSTD. I wish I could go again.
May/June. THE MOST HECTIC HOLIDAY EVERRR. Taman, AB camp, Sea Specs, AKE, Land Specs. One week, one camp. Haha, but it was damn fun and exciting. At least I didnt have to spend days rotting at home. Got all the official NCC postings, too. I recall I wasn't too happy with my SC post, but now to think of it, I'm perfectly fine with it.
August/September. Sea Comp draws near. Everyone goes into mad kayaking training mode. Finally, holidays. Walked into Wendy Tang's extra class half an hour late, got bitched at for the next half hour. Then didn't show up the next 2 days, cause was at...
...SEA COMP. PHSNCC won the overall girls champ. Still quite disappointing for the boys. Especially the inter 1s. Our last seacomp participation, and we still haven't gotten a single overall-champ.
October. EOYs. All hellishly trying to study. Suddenly its over, a week of playing around, before extended lessons.
Day before start of ext lessons, got hit by a lorry. Hospital 2 days, then MC the rest of the week. That was scary man. Since then I have a fear of crossing roads.
November/ December: Holidays! Days comprising of eat, sleep, go out for camp planning, logs trip, shopping, and JAPAN. Japan was a great experience. Great food and weather, great girls, and etc. Refer to my last post.
Finally, Annual Camp 2008. The last school camp as instructors for us. Our planning skillz were awesome, evidently, 'coz even though that bastard Mr Lim denied our 2-months-planned trip to ubin just 3 days before the date, we could come up with the school contingency plan in just 2 days straight. Another thing that surprised me was our never changing unity and drilled-in actions, seen when we all hit the ground together once an inter1 was punished.
Promotion parade was over in a flash, and we realised that we were already inter2s. The final year of NCC for us, after these last 3 years of sweat, tears, blood and fun. Our family which has been united as one for years, has one more year left to make an impact. I definitely will cherish all the time we have left, and work harder towards a bright future, whether as a cadet, student or friend.

I AM BACK. ; 5:27 AM
Okay, I am back blogging! After like, uhh, 4 months.
Alright. I'm sure none of you will be looking at my blog now, after its been off for so long. Those of you who see this post, congratulations. Those who don't, too bad. I ain't doing no 'blog advertising'.
NOOOOO.
Anyhoo, I came back from Japan last Friday. I shall post details of my trip. But since its usually going to be long and boring, I shall compile it into a format easily understandable by all.
Da Vinci's Wall of Text.
There are 78 typographical errors in this post.
Okay! Here goes!
Had fun? | Saw hot girls? | Ate what? | Hotel Accommodations | Weather | Remarks
Day 1 Nagoya - Fun. No girls. Ate shabu shabu. Nice western hotel. Cold. Went shopping.
Day 2 Kyoto - Fun. Many girls. Ate udon. Western Hotel. Cold.
Day 3 Kanazawa - Not fun. No girls. Ate more generic Japanese food. Japanese hotel. Cold. Futons are comfortable!
Day 4 Hida - Fun. Few girls. Ate ramen. Japanese style hotel. Snowy. Snow is fun :)
Day 5 Tokyo - No fun. Few girls. Ate ramen. Very small hotel room on the 26th floor. Cold. Japanese stuff is expensive.
Day 6 Disneyland - No fun. Some girls. Ate bullshit. Nice hotel. Cold. Disneyland sucks.
Day 7 Singapore - FUCKING WARM WELCOME HOME. AND I MEAN "WARM" LIKE AN ESKIMO ROASTING OVER A FIRE.
Anyway, what I like about Japan is (other than the girls, of course), their politeness, their cold weather, their good fashion sense, their wine, their sake, their food. Oh man. Japan kicks ass.

WAKE UP YOUR FUCKING IDEA. It doesn't matter whether we were not equitable in a single topic in the myriad of a whole LIST of subjects. The main point is, you make a mistake, you pay. You don't, you are rewarded. You knew this fact from the start. Not being able to grasp this simple concept and REBEL after being lectured only reflects further on your attitude. Nobody is trying to punish you for no reason, nor are they willing to. Nobody wants to make a mountain out a molehill and punish you more than you deserve. Perhaps you don't understand the severity of your situation. In that case, if you have a problem, please, PLEASE bring it up. We are not trying to be reasonless bastards.
Anyway, after school I met Zhixin to play guitar awhile. Its turning out quite fine, though my fingers hurt like hell. I can play We Believe by Good Charlotte quite decently. Oh, and I have difficulty barring.
Shit. I still have kayaking tomorrow. Oh well, at least its one step closer to winning a GOLD MEDAL.

MTSC ; 8:07 AM
Yesterday I went with a few inter-ones to Mee Toh School in Pungool to recce for the camp. It turns out Mrs Ng is a really nice lady, of course not that we were expecting anything else :) . Looks like we're gonna have to sleep in some 'Seed Room' full of kiddy pictures and stuff, maybe its gonna help us sleep or something.
Oh, and my post for this camp is Section Leader! Woohoo! Okay, maybe it's gonna be kinda difficult though, having to handle so many kids. But still!? It's something to look forward to!
Went to Compass Point for lunch, had a really heavy meal at Yoshinoya (yea, contradiction, I know), then went to Cold Storage, in an attempt to go eating lots of free samples on a 'free adventure'. Turns out there are no samples, and we ended up buying sushi. Heh, NCC's appetite is insatiable. And sorry Justin! We seriously didn't make this recce trip 'official'. We just asked randomly the guys who were present at the moment to come tomorrow if we were free. Sorry man! Don't think we delibrately left you out or something okay?
Anyway, we went to watch Money No Enough 2 after that, actually, just four of us, Alwyn, Clara, Gim Hwa and me. The rest went home. Yea. The show's kinda lame. But the last part was touching, I admit it, but in the amateur-movie kind of way. I'd rate it 3.5 out of 5.
Apparently my uncle has free tickets to the Singapore Flyer, so I'm going with Adam and perhaps Sherry next Sunday! *joy*
Oh, and I really really want to go for Airborne next year!!!

Imagine gossip, carried out with the inevitable eventuality of realization. How would one be able to attempt to redeem oneself?
Imagine it, performed with a fully unrepentant mindset.
Imagine it, done with ambiguity, with no personal denunciation, no, it wouldn't be called gossip.
Double standards. I don't like it.
